Two by-laws were submitted by Lennard Grodzinsky that at first Board Meeting of year there be 4 Board Members and 4 voting members making a total of 8, so that business may be conducted in the first meeting of the year. The majority of active members voted yes and it was passed. By-law change submitted by Skip Kelly, involves changing the wording in the Mossyback section. Proposed change is a longevity reconsideration. Silverback would be bestowed on any member with 25 years in L.V.C.A. By Laws committee and the Board found it not be accepted.
