The
meeting was called to order by President Benita Klaizner at 7:46 PM in
the Stallion Mountain Golf Club Squire Room. There were 74 members and
12 guests present.
Kristen Giles, Events Coordinator: Kristen thanked us all for coming
to their facility and let us know we can contact her at any time if we
need anything. The room is available for private functions.

if we need anything to just give them a call. He thanked Jim Gregorio
for his years of service at Findlay. He then introduced us to Paul, who
will be helping with service, and said there will be a 20% discount for
service this month.

Rees and seconded by Kathy Clapp. Motion carried.

Introduction of New and Prospective Members: Ellie Johnson thanked
Lin Hoernke for her service this summer and then introduced our visitors.

been sent out.
Benita led a discussion to decide on a new meeting place. Lennard gave
a synopsis of the process which included forming a committee to look for
a new venue. Rex, Greg and Annolua were primarily the people who took
the time and trouble to look for us. They looked at about 15 different
places and it was narrowed down to 2 contenders based on availability,
finances, food, drinks and parking. Calico Jacks was the other contender,
but at the last minute they were not able to accommodate us. A lot of
pain and energy went into selecting the options, as the LVH is only able
to accommodate us in their Star Trek room now. The Stallion Mountain Club
is happy to have us here. They have extended their happy hour menu for
us and we can have the room for a year, with the exception of next month
when a wedding was previously scheduled and will we be able to meet in
the restaurant. Kathy Clapp motioned we have our meetings here, the second
Thursday of each month for the next year. Sharron Grodzinsky seconded
the motion and it passed.

volunteered to head the committee with Rich McSimov as co-chair.
