on the road.

Introduction of New and Prospective
Members: Ellie Johnson reported we currently have 181 members. She reminded
the members to let her know if any of their demographics change. She also gave
the statistics for the last six years which show a decline. Welcomed tonight were

Committee Reports:
Corvette
Roulette: Pat Russell has created an After Action Report available on the
web site. (To log on use your fist initial, last name and your password is the
last three numbers of your NCCC card). Benita would like to know if the club is
going to support this event and asks that each member read this report which includes
a summary of the event over time with the dates, venues and costs. This is a great
event, however it would become a loss without the past sponsorships and it requires
a lot of work on the part of members. The feedback from last year’s event was
over whelming and positive. We also need a chairperson if we have the event this
year. Rex Wilhoite said NCCC has approved on line voting, so we can send a query
to all members and let them vote. Pat Russell motioned we do send an electronic
vote to all members in accordance with NCCC rules and Mark Wynne seconded the
motion. Motion passed.
