4 describes who is entitled to purchase items in the store and states that
members only may purchase items with the official logo on it. The proposed recommended
wording states that members and non-members may purchase items in the store with
the official logo on it, except for the official club polo shirt which only
members may purchase or wear. Standing Rules Section 4 Events ADDING Section (f).
There is no present wording. The proposed addition outlines the procedures to
be followed for event planning. Standing Rules Section 4(g) proposes to
add that the chairperson of an event must propose any charity donation at the
time of approval by the Executive Board. Only board approved events shall raise
fund and/or collect items for donations on behalf of LVCA. Standing Rules addition
of Section 3 (d) is proposed to read that all charitable donations need to
be approved by the Executive Board prior to any donations being made or suggested
to the membership. Standing Rules Section 7(a) deals with the monies expended
to the President for a set of personalized LVCA license plates. The proposal removes
this section because custom LVCA plates are no longer available. Standing Rules
Section 4 (c) discusses the NCCC waiver form signed by all participants and
guests in all events. The proposed wording adds additional requirements to sanction
