The last meeting of the year was called to order at 7:35 pm by President Connie Gentry with 85 members and 12 guests present. Connie extended apologies for the full parking lot as The Italian American Club had 3 events in their building tonight. Ken A. & Kathy C. introduced Blackjack Corvette Club President Lori Ross and her husband Matt who presented the club with the Monster Mash Car Bash Club Participation Award. There were 23 LVCA cars that attended this event at the Hilton. Veronica Huening from St. Jude's Ranch was presented a $2,500 check by Bonnie C. from LVCA. The Presidential bowling ball disappeared from Connie right after it was presented to her at the Awards Banquet. It has left her photos and messages all year. Connie said she had found it, and brought out a huge "bowling ball" (a blown up beach ball). Unfortunately this did not satisfy the captors. Sharron G. read a ransom note she received on her cell phone from the bowling ball which said that since Connie never paid the ransom in small bills, she must redeem herself by apologizing that she treated the ball so unfairly so the captors will release it before her term is over. A motion was made by Darrell W., 2nd by Ken A. and all approved for Connie to make an official apology. Connie did and Lennard G. immediately re-presented the ball to Connie.
