Greetings from Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC).
Thank you for participating in this past weekend’s Laps for Charity at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Please share with your terrific and generous club members that 949 vehicles participated in Laps raising approximately $32,000 for our charitable organization. Woo Hoo!
I apologize if your wait was longer than usual this year. We were excited to have so many more cars participate and we tried to move them along as quickly as possible. Our team is working diligently to make sure we have a smoother and more accommodating flow of traffic next year.
On December 4, our SCC Chapter awarded approximately $137,000 to 50 local children’s organizations that impact the lives of children in our state. With your support, SCC can continue to provide funding to hundreds of children’s organizations throughout Southern Nevada helping thousands of children in need.
